Installation service for CENTURION & GLADIATOR models: 
  • A cleared area for assembly must be provided.
  • The area for assembly must prepared correctly prior to the agreed date of installation. The area should be hard standing – concrete or paved/patio.
    (See the product details for base dimensions).
  • If the installer arrives and concludes that the base and/or area around it, is not suitable or if there is inadequate access, his only alternative may be to abort the installation, which may result in an ‘Aborted Installation Charge’.
  • If the installer is requested to leave the building un-anchored after assembly, we will not accept liability for any damage caused whilst the building is free-standing.
  • Sealant to the base will only be applied if conditions are dry. If assembly occurs during wet conditions sealant will be left for the customer to apply. Any subsequent maintenance will be the responsibility of the customer.
[NOTE: We recommend that customers employ a qualified electrician to install any electrics that may be required. This is NOT included in the cost of any installation.]
