SmartBase Foundation

The Biohort SmartBase Foundation is the ideal foundation for concrete or paved areas. It consists of high-quality aluminium boards, a special foundation frame and height-adjustable feet, compensating for ground unevenness of-up to 4cm.

Standard Equipment

• Aluminium floor boards with grooved surface
• Foundation frame
• Galvanised adjustable feet
• Adjustable feet with height adjustment
• Integrated water barrier to protect against water ingress

Instructions

1. Assemble the Frame: fasten corner brackets and lateral bracing on the joists and frames.
2. Attach the Adjustable Feet: attach the adjustable feet and adapter plates to the frame. Use a spirit level to level the frame assembly.
3. Fasten the Adjustable Feet: screw the adjustable feet to the surface
4. Lay the Floor: insert and fix the aluminium floor boards.

Tools required

• Spirit level
• Drill
• Drill bit (Ø 9 mm)
• Spanner (SW13 and SW24)
• Allow 1-2 hours
